Spin Casino was founded in 2001, the date given both by Super Group's brand page and by the casino's own "About Us" page, and it shares its name with the whole casino business of Super Group, the "Spin" segment of more than sixteen brands (annual report for 2025). The name promises a lobby built from many sources. This review checks that promise studio by studio, then reads a welcome offer that comes in parts, which is best read as a schedule.

We have read Super Group's annual report on Form 20-F, the Alderney and Kahnawake registers and the casino's own pages, the last through the Internet Archive's saved copies because the site is closed to some countries. Those copies are the "About Us" page of 24 March 2026, the bonus terms of 5 April 2026 and version 7.8 of the general terms, kept on 7 May 2026 (no direct test, so no score).

Who runs Spin Casino, and under which licence

Super Group's report names Baytree Interactive Limited of Guernsey among its significant subsidiaries and gives Kahnawake as its licensing body, and the general terms make it the party to every contract on spincasino.com. On the Kahnawake permit list the domain sits under that company, next to spinpalace.com and spingalaxy.com.

We read those terms in version 7.8 of 9 April 2026, since replaced by version 7.9 of 8 September 2026. They also govern Jackpot City and fifteen other sites, and the clause numbers below are those of version 7.8.

The Alderney register places spincasino.com with Baytree (Alderney) Limited, a "category 1" licensee, while Ontario has its own site, spincasino.ca, operated by Cadtree Limited and included by iGaming Ontario among its operators. The same report says that in certain markets Super Group relies on "affiliate" marketing "particularly for Spin", and this site is one of those affiliates; the commission it earns changes nothing we write (casino groups, licences).

What sets Spin Casino apart

In the report, "Spin" is a portfolio of more than sixteen brands offering "in excess of 1,500 online casino games from 8 different suppliers", with the five largest brands earning the significant majority of the segment's revenue in 2025. Spin Casino's own page names four studios (Games Global, Pragmatic Play, OnAir Entertainment and Spribe) and promises "Over 1000" slot titles, with new ones added every month.

In our view several studios are worth more than a long list of games, because each studio sets its own mathematics, its own range of volatility and its own information panel, where the return to player (the "RTP", the share of stakes a game pays back over a very long run) is printed. A lobby fed by four suppliers gives a player who reads those panels a real choice; one fed by a single supplier gives a choice of themes.

The games

For live tables the page names OnAir Entertainment ("Entertainment with live interaction"), whose games keep the arithmetic of the electronic versions with far fewer rounds an hour (live casino). Spribe makes "crash" games, where a multiplier rises until it stops at a random point, and the general terms warn that in some regions such games count for nothing towards a play-through.

The bonus terms treat the studios differently, too. A slot from Games Global or Pragmatic Play counts in full towards the play-through, a NetEnt slot at 50 per cent, a "re-spin" slot at 10 per cent and a progressive jackpot not at all (the terms' own list). A player who still owes $1,000 of play-through therefore needs $2,000 of bets on a NetEnt title, and $10,000 on a re-spin one!

The welcome offer, and the condition to read first

What Spin Casino offers a new player is a match split over the first deposits, each part with its own ceiling, plus daily spins on the "Mega Millionaire Wheel" (the amounts change by country and belong on the operator's page). What binds the parts together are three clauses: the match must be claimed within days of opening the account, each part carries its own play-through, and a request to withdraw (a "cash-in", in the terms) ends the offer.

A player deposits $40, then $80, then $120, and receives (for the example) a full match each time, with a play-through of 30 times each bonus, also an example. The three requirements add up to $1,200, $2,400 and $3,600, so $7,200 of bets, which at a house edge of 4 per cent on slots cost $288 on average against $240 of bonus!

Two other clauses weigh more on that player than the arithmetic. A withdrawal after the first part forfeits the rest, since any later claim on the match is void, and the ceiling on what a welcome bonus lets a player withdraw is computed on the first deposit alone, so that the smallest of the three deposits, $40, sets the ceiling for all of them (welcome bonuses).

The terms add an expiry for a match left unused in the "bonus balance", another for the daily spins counted from the last deposit, and stricter requirements for a player who has already claimed a welcome bonus at another casino of the group. One clause works in the player's favour, and we would point to it first: a player who prefers to play without the match can have it removed, as long as no bet has yet counted towards it.

Deposits, withdrawals and timings

The Canadian version of the "About Us" page lists Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Apple Pay, InstaDebit and Paysafe, with accounts in Canadian dollars. The general terms send withdrawals back to the deposit method "up to the amount of the deposit", warn that "there may be charges" and cap withdrawals at the equivalent of 10,000 pounds in twenty-four hours (clause 7.7). The pending period is the one described in our Jackpot City review, since the policy is common to both.

Two clauses deserve a line of their own. Clause 1.1.10 allows the casino to pay winnings in euros "irrespective of the currency" of the account, a right whose use we cannot check from outside, while the withdrawal policy leaves any exchange fee (and the rate applied) to the player. Clause 7.10 names Digiprocessing Limited of Gibraltar (company 110368) as the firm that may collect and process some payments, a name worth recognising on a bank statement.

Identity checks

Clause 7.4 states that "in accordance with regulations established by our Regulators" the casino must verify a player's identity once single or cumulative transactions reach 2,000 euros. Documents therefore come long before any large win, since a player who deposits $90 a week crosses that line in about half a year. The papers are those of clause 7.1 (identity, address, and proof that the payment method is the player's own), and a card must carry the name used at registration (clause 1.1.17).

We would advise sending them early, because a check that starts while a withdrawal is pending adds days to a wait that the weekend may already have lengthened; for a staged offer there is a second reason, since verification can be asked for "prior to us crediting any bonus" (clause 1.1.15.1).

For whom, and for whom not

Spin Casino suits a player who wants a variety of studios (slots from Games Global and Pragmatic Play, live tables from OnAir Entertainment, the "crash" games of Spribe) and who reads each game's panel before choosing. In our judgement it also suits a player who plans the deposits of a staged offer in advance, with a first deposit large enough to carry the cap.

It does not suit a player who means to start small and raise the stakes later, because the first deposit fixes the ceiling, nor one who wants to withdraw between the parts of the offer; residents of Ontario belong on spincasino.ca, and residents of Alberta are excluded by the general terms from version 7.9. A player who needs a telephone line should note that the page names live chat and a help centre, and no telephone.
