Quatro Casino, established in 2008 as the Casino Rewards site tells it, is the sister brand whose welcome offer is staged in time: one first deposit, a bonus fixed by the "band" (the range of amounts) into which that deposit falls, and spins released day by day for a week, on a different slot each day. The international terms (in their English version of 20 July 2026, which we read on 16 October 2026) describe that structure in detail.

This review follows a hypothetical player who would have deposited once in any case. For him, in our reading, the staging changes three things that a single bonus would leave alone, namely when the obligation becomes known, how it grows and what it asks of his calendar, and the sections below work them out.

Who runs Quatro Casino, and under which licence

The home page of Quatro names no company in its footer, unlike those of Zodiac and Yukon Gold (both of which name Apollo Entertainment Ltd). The name appears in the terms, which place the brand in the hands of Fresh Horizons Limited (a company of the British Virgin Islands) under the licence numbered 00972 that the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has issued.

On the "Certificate of Good Standing" of the Commission, to which the site links, the permit holder is again Fresh Horizons Ltd., with a "Primary CPA" held since 1 November 2000, about eight years before the opening date that the group gives for Quatro, which shows that the permit belongs to the company rather than to the brand; it runs until 16 May 2029. The Malta Gaming Authority licences of the group are not mentioned in the terms of Quatro.

Quatro does not appear in the list of regulated sites that iGaming Ontario publishes ("accurate as of" 1 September 2026), unlike seven of its sisters, so a resident of Ontario cannot use it within the regulated market of the province. What sets Quatro Casino apart

Quatro is the brand of the staged welcome, and the rest is the common equipment of the group: the platform, the terms (which differ from those of Zodiac only in the paragraphs of the offer), the "Casino Rewards account" of the loyalty programme and the auditor (eCOGRA, whose "Safe and Fair" seal is linked from the site).

The site is also offered in Finnish, besides English, French and the Austrian version of German, a detail of language rather than of rules. The terms in force are the English ones, and translations are provided, in their words, "in good faith", the English text prevailing in case of doubt.

The games

The seven slots of the "free spins" (rounds of a slot played at the expense of the casino) are a fair sample of the Games Global catalogue that the group runs on its "Apricot" platform: Thunderstruck Wild Lightning on the first day, Immortal Romance on the fourth, Amazing Link Zeus on the sixth, and three titles bearing the name of the group, Casino Rewards Midnight Assassin, Casino Rewards 20 Year Celebration and Casino Rewards Hyper Strike. The home page adds the progressive jackpots (Mega Moolah among them) and the usual table games.

Seven different slots mean seven different profiles of "volatility" (the way a game spreads its return between frequent small wins and rare large ones). The winnings of a week of spins can therefore range from almost nothing to a sum large enough to change the play-through, and we would advise a glance at the "RTP" of each game, shown in its information screen, before the spins of the day are played.

The welcome offer, and the condition to read first

In type, the offer is a bonus on the first deposit, fixed for each of four bands of deposit, plus a batch of free spins on each of seven consecutive days from the day of the deposit, on a named slot each day; only the first deposit determines both. What deserves reading first is the "play-through" of 200 times that the terms apply to the first-deposit bonus, to every winning of the spins (credited as "bonus money") and to any bonus of the second deposit, falling to 30 times from the third deposit.

The bands have an arithmetic of their own. Since the bonus is fixed within a band, a deposit at the bottom of a band is matched in full, while one just below the next band receives about half its value or less. Adding a few dollars gains nothing unless it reaches the next band, where bonus, daily spins and play-through all rise together.

Now the hypothetical player, with our own figures for the arithmetic (not those of the operator): a first-deposit bonus of $30, and spins that win $4, nothing, $9, $2, nothing, $6 and $3 over the seven days. Before the first spin his bonus balance is $30 and his obligation $6,000 in bets (two hundred times thirty); by the end of the seventh day the spins have added $24, the balance is $54 and the obligation has grown to $10,800, at an average cost of $432 if the slot returns 96 per cent!

The obligation, in other words, is not known on the day of the deposit, since every day of spins can enlarge it, and the only day on which his arithmetic improves, as we read the terms, is the day he forgets to log in. The terms require a login on each of the seven days and the use of the spins on the day, and unclaimed spins are "forfeited". If you cannot promise a week of daily visits, count only the spins you are sure to play.

One clause deserves a question in writing to the support team before the first spin. The terms state that the wagering requirement "will start being counted" from the time "all bonus monies" are added to the account, and with winnings arriving over seven days the moment at which bets begin to count is not obvious; we would not assume an answer, and we would keep the reply.

Two more limits apply to every bet of the week. A single stake reaching 25 per cent of the bonus counts as "irregular play" (a "max bet" rule, in the jargon: with a bonus of $30, every stake must stay below $7.50), and table games count at 2 per cent, which turns the week into a slots-only exercise, as our page on wagering requirements explains for the general case.

Deposits, withdrawals and timings

Two costs of withdrawing are written in figures. A "direct bank transfer" (DBT in the terms) carries a fee of fifty dollars on a withdrawal below three thousand dollars and of a hundred dollars above (the terms also give the fees in euros and pounds), and since the FAQ of the group sets three hundred dollars as the smallest bank transfer, a player who withdraws exactly that sum loses a sixth of it to the fee!

The other cost is that of currency, since converting a withdrawal into a currency other than the account's costs the interbank rate plus 2.5 per cent. The timings are those of the sister brands, with 48 hours in "pending" before processing, and our page on payments compares methods and costs.

Identity checks

The rule that matters most for a welcome offer is the one on names: if the card, wallet or account used for the deposit that unlocks the bonus is not in the name of the account holder, the casino may void the winnings, and the same applies to a withdrawal requested to an account in another name. The usual "know your customer" checks follow (identity, address and ownership of the payment method), with the possibility of certified copies and of checks on the "source of funds".

Complaints must be raised within six months of the problem, and a dispute that the support team cannot settle goes, under the terms, to eCOGRA as the "ADR" body (alternative dispute resolution); a complaint can also be sent to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission by email.

For whom, and for whom not

In our view Quatro suits a player who would deposit once in any case and who can log in on seven consecutive days, accepting that each day may enlarge a play-through of 200 times rather than shorten it. It also suits a Finnish-speaking reader who wants the site in his language, with the English terms prevailing.

It does not suit a resident of Ontario, since the brand is not on the regulated list there, nor a player whose week cannot accommodate seven logins, and still less one who means to treat the bonus and the spins as money already won.
