Casino Rewards is the loyalty network that has linked a family of online casinos since 2000 (the date its own site gives), and its sixteen brands, Zodiac, Yukon Gold and Quatro among them, fill much of this site. For that reason we keep their shared facts on this page and link to it from each review.
What the group shares is considerable (the platform, the auditor, the loyalty account and, at the three brands whose terms we compared, the wording of the terms), and what it does not share is the regulator, since three companies appear in the official documents and only one of them holds a licence in Ontario. We read, on 16 October 2026, the terms of three brands, the lists that the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and iGaming Ontario publish, the auditor's certificates and the group's pages.
Three companies, three regulators
The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, based in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake near Montreal, lists, on a page that reads "Updated September 28, 2023", Fresh Horizons Ltd. as permit holder for the addresses of fourteen of the sixteen brands, and Rock Swift Group Ltd. for Cosmo Casino and Casino Kingdom. The "Certificate of Good Standing" that each of the sites we read links to describes a "Primary CPA", the permit that the Commission grants to operators hosted on its territory, in force from 1 November 2000 to 16 May 2029.
The international terms of Zodiac, Yukon Gold and Quatro describe each brand as "managed by" Fresh Horizons Limited, with a registered address in Tortola (British Virgin Islands), under Kahnawake licence 00972. The footers of Zodiac and Yukon Gold name Apollo Entertainment Ltd (a Maltese company, number C 45483) as owner and operator of the website; the Malta Gaming Authority licences held within the group do not appear in these international terms.
Apollo is the company of the Ontario market. Its Ontario terms describe an "Internet Gaming Operator licence" issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (the "AGCO") and an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The regulated sites listed by iGaming Ontario, "accurate as of" 1 September 2026, include seven brands of the group on separate addresses: Captain Cooks, Casino Classic, Golden Tiger, Grand Mondial, Luxury, Yukon Gold and Zodiac.
On 10 August 2023 the AGCO served Apollo with a notice of monetary penalty of 100,000 Canadian dollars (open to appeal before the Licence Appeal Tribunal) for alleged breaches of the responsible gambling standards. One case concerned a player who lost over two million dollars in under four months without any intervention. The regulator noted that the company had since taken "significant steps" to strengthen its controls. We report the case because the decision of a regulator is a fact that a reader is entitled to weigh.

One platform, one auditor, one payout report
All the brands run on the platform that their sites call "Apricot" (the former Microgaming platform), and their games come from Games Global. The same auditor, eCOGRA (a testing agency founded in 2003), grants Zodiac, Yukon Gold and Quatro its "Safe and Fair" seal, whose current certification period runs from 9 December 2025 to 8 December 2026. The terms name it as the "ADR" (alternative dispute resolution) body for complaints that the casino cannot settle.
The "payout report" of eCOGRA is issued for Casino Rewards as a whole, not for each brand, so its figures cover every sister brand that it lists. For April to June 2026 it gives the share of stakes returned to players by category, and we read it as the measurement of one quarter; a category above 100 per cent means that players won more than they staked in those months, not that the games pay more than they take.
| Category | Share of stakes returned |
|---|---|
| All games | 96.14% |
| Slot games | 96.09% |
| Table games | 97.42% |
| Poker games | 97.66% |
| Other games | 100.01% |
The group adds a "Highest Win Rate Guarantee", worded on its sites as the promise to offer "the best available" RTP version of the games that its providers supply (many slots exist in several versions, with returns a few points apart), and the Ontario sites add that it is "not a warranty" of results.
A hypothetical player who stakes $1,500 on a slot pays $60 on average in the version at 96 per cent and $90 in the one at 94 per cent, so the promise is worth checking on the help screen of every game.

The loyalty programme, level by level
Joining any member casino opens a "Casino Rewards account" as well, linked to every sister brand that the player joins later. The programme rests on two kinds of points: "VIP points", earned on every wager and redeemable as casino credits from 1,000 points upwards (they never expire, says the FAQ), and "Status Points", one for every 50 VIP points, which decide the level.
The home page of the group announces six "Status Levels", while its loyalty page and its FAQ describe five (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond), and we list only those five. The rate of VIP points depends on the game, since the FAQ gives one point for every $10 staked on slots, half a point on table games and roulette, a tenth on video poker and blackjack and none on tournaments, and the table turns the thresholds into slot bets.
| Level | Status Points to reach it in a calendar month | Status Points to keep it | Slot bets to reach it (1 VIP point per $10, 50 VIP points per Status Point) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 1 | 1 | $500 |
| Silver | 6 | 4 | $3,000 |
| Gold | 81 | 40 | $40,500 |
| Platinum | 201 | 100 | $100,500 |
| Diamond | 401 | 200 | $200,500 |
Gold in a month requires $40,500 of slot bets, which at the network's slot return (96.09 per cent) cost a player about $1,584 on average! The level is then guaranteed for the rest of that month and for the next. After that, keeping it takes 40 Status Points a month, which means $20,000 of slot bets costing about $782 on average.
The benefits of the levels (weekly promotions that grow with the level, and the draws of the "VIP Lucky Jackpot", one pool per level) are real, but the pages that we read put no cash value on them, the one figure that a comparison would need; our page on VIP programmes applies the same arithmetic to other groups.
Where the brands are offered, and where they are not
The list of excluded countries that the group's affiliate programme publishes for its partners (in the version of 12 October 2026 that we hold) covers all sixteen brands and is long. It includes the United States, Australia, New Zealand and most of the large European markets (France, Germany, Italy and Spain among them). A further list applies only to Cosmo and Casino Kingdom, which exclude more countries still.
We would advise you to check, on the site itself, that your country is accepted, since the terms place on the player the "sole responsibility" for the legality of online gambling where he lives.
Why the offers differ by brand and by country
Each brand has its own welcome offer, and the types vary more than the platform does. On 16 October 2026 the group's site listed spins on a jackpot wheel for a small first deposit at some brands, a "match" on the first deposit at others, a "welcome package" spread over several deposits at a few and a "free chance" without any deposit at one (Casino Kingdom).
The amounts change by country and currency, and the offer page given to affiliates is not kept up to date, which is why this site prints no amount for these brands.
The conditions change too, and one example shows how much. The international terms of Zodiac and Yukon Gold set a "play-through" (the sum of bets that turns a bonus into cash) of 200 times for the first two deposit bonuses, while their Ontario terms apply 30 times to all deposit bonuses. A hypothetical bonus of $20 therefore requires $4,000 of bets on the international site and $600 on the Ontario one; the brand and the entry deposit are the same, the market is not!
Choosing between sister brands
The choice is narrower than it looks. Since the platform and the catalogue are shared, and the terms we compared differ only in the offer, it rests on three things, in this order: the regime that applies where you live (in Ontario, only the seven Apollo brands), the structure of the offer with its condition, and then the theme and the language, which differ most and matter least.
Our reviews follow that order: Zodiac Casino for its very small entry deposit, Yukon Gold for the shared loyalty account and Quatro for an offer released over seven days. Our page on casino groups compares Casino Rewards with the other families, and the one on licences explains what each regulator that we name here can and cannot do for you.

Questions
Which companies run the Casino Rewards casinos?
Fresh Horizons Ltd. holds the Kahnawake permits of fourteen brands and is named in their terms as the company that manages them, Rock Swift Group Ltd. holds those of Cosmo Casino and Casino Kingdom, and Apollo Entertainment Ltd, a Maltese company, owns the websites of Zodiac and Yukon Gold and runs the seven brands licensed in Ontario.
Is VIP status the same at every Casino Rewards casino?
Yes. The loyalty page of the group says that the Status Level is the same at every member casino, and the points earned at all of them accumulate in one Casino Rewards account.
How many status levels does Casino Rewards have?
The home page of the group speaks of six, but its loyalty page and FAQ describe five, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, reached with 1, 6, 81, 201 and 401 Status Points in a calendar month.
Do the Casino Rewards casinos accept players from every country?
No. The affiliate programme of the group publishes a long list of excluded countries for all sixteen brands, among them the United States, Australia and most of the large European markets, and the site of each brand is the place to check that a country is accepted.
Do Casino Rewards VIP points expire?
The FAQ of the group says that they never expire; they can be redeemed as casino credits from 1,000 points, and the pages of the group that we read give no rate of conversion into credits.
