LuckyDays review

The Curaçao reform put every licence in a public register, and at LuckyDays the register and the footer now name two different licences.

Our ratingnone, for lack of a direct test (why)

LuckyDays opened in 2019 as a casino built on the games of many studios, and from 26 September 2025 to 26 March 2026 it held a licence issued directly by Curaçao, an island whose online casinos had worked, until the reform that began in November 2023, under a handful of licences held by four companies. A review of LuckyDays is therefore an exercise in reading registers.

For this page we have read three documents on 16 October 2026: the register of online licences of the Curaçao Gaming Authority (updated on 14 October), the terms and footer of the site to which luckydays.com redirects, and the list of "permit holders" of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. They name three different operators, and the sections below say which one a player deals with when an account is opened.

Who runs LuckyDays, and under which licence

The Curaçao register lists licence OGL/2024/1675/0903 in the name of Raging Rhino N.V., a company with registration number 148106, issued on 26 September 2025, expiring on 26 March 2026 and marked, in the status column, with the single word "Expired". We have not found another licence in that name, and the authority's "enforcement register" (updated on 14 September 2026) does not list it either.

The site tells another story, since luckydays.com redirects to luckydays.co, whose terms (last updated on 13 August 2026) say that the service is owned by 3-102-961212 S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, and "licensed in the State of Anjouan" under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. The footer gives the number ALSI-202607037-FI2, while the first clause of the terms still leaves the number blank, with the words "To be Provider upon issuance".

The list of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission still shows Monkey 9 Limited for www.luckydays.com and www.luckydays.ca (and for two SpinAway domains), on a page that carries the note "Updated September 28, 2023". In our judgement the frame that governs a new account is the one written in the terms the player accepts; on the day we read them that frame is Anjouan, whose oversight we discuss on the licences page.

What sets LuckyDays apart

What sets LuckyDays apart is that it shows the Curaçao reform at work. Under the old ordinance on offshore games of hazard a casino could run as a "sub-licensee" under one of the licences granted to four companies (the "master licence" holders), so the licence under which it worked had been granted to another company. From 15 November 2023 the Gaming Control Board accepted applications directly, and the sub-licensees were given until 31 March 2024 to apply, a deadline later extended to 30 April.

The National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the "LOK") has been in force since 24 December 2024, when the authority, now the Curaçao Gaming Authority, became an independent body. What the reform gives a reader is the register itself, in which every licence carries a number, a licensee, a company registration number, an issue date, an expiry date and a status ("Indefinite", "Assessment in progress", "Expired" and "Revoked" are the words in use in October 2026).

The authority also lists the "certificates" it grants under article 5.17 of the LOK to test laboratories (eCOGRA and GLI among them) and to seven bodies of "alternative dispute resolution", which serve the players of its licensees, not those of a casino governed by the Anjouan terms.

The games

The catalogue reads like that of any multi-provider casino: the site claims "70+" providers and names Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Red Tiger, Nolimit City and Hacksaw Gaming. Many of these studios release the same slot in several versions of "RTP" (return to player, the long-run share of stakes paid back), and the casino chooses which one to run.

You will therefore find the figure that counts in the game's information panel at LuckyDays, not on the studio's site, as our guide to RTP and volatility explains. A player who makes 3,000 spins at fifty cents ($1,500 of bets) loses on average $60 at 96 per cent and $90 at 94 per cent, on what looks like the same game. Repeated every week for a year, the gap between the two versions comes to $1,560!

The welcome offer, and the condition to read first

On the promotions page as we read it on 16 October 2026, the welcome offer is a match on each of the first three deposits, with free spins attached to the first, and the condition to read first is the base of the "wagering" (the bets required before a bonus becomes cash). The requirement applies to deposit and bonus together and must be completed within seven days, only the "Slots" category counts towards it, and the bonus is "non-sticky" (credited apart from the deposited money instead of being merged with it).

The arithmetic of that base is the reason to read it. A player who deposits $100 and receives a bonus of $100, with the 35 times that the promotions page of luckydays.co applied to the sum on 16 October 2026 (a multiple that may differ by country and change at any time), must place $7,000 in bets within the week, which means $1,000 a day. At an average edge of 4 per cent the expected cost of those bets is $280, almost three times the bonus!

With the same multiple applied to the bonus alone the player would need $3,500 of bets, half the work; the words "deposit plus bonus" deserve more attention than the size of the match. If you do not want a week of daily sessions, the alternative is to play the deposit without the offer where the terms allow it, a choice we would consider seriously here (see our guide to wagering requirements).

The operators listed on our pages address the international, non-regulated market and do not hold a licence in every country from which our readers arrive: before registering, it is the player's responsibility to check that the law of the country in which he or she is located allows playing with that operator.

Deposits, withdrawals and timings

The terms are precise on amounts and silent on times. They set a minimum withdrawal per transaction (clause 8.1), charge no fee if the deposit has been wagered at least once and 8 per cent otherwise (clause 8.2), and cap withdrawals at 10,000 euros or 10,000 dollars, depending on the currency of the account, in "any rolling 24-hour period" (clause 8.6).

They state no "pending period" (the interval in which a request can still be reversed) and no processing time by method, two questions worth putting to support before a first deposit. A player who wins $25,000 is paid in three tranches of $10,000, $10,000 and $5,000, the last one at least 48 hours after the first.

A player who deposits $200, bets $50 of it, ends with $180 and withdraws that balance pays a fee of $14.40; in our reading the rule is meant to discourage deposits made only to be withdrawn. The clause that deserves the slowest reading is 22.4, under which disputes "must be lodged within three (3) days" from the date the wager in question was decided, while the operator aims to answer complaints "within 28 days".

The terms mention arbitration and independent bodies listed on the website without naming one, and leave to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. only complaints about breaches of the licence. Under the complaints policy of the Curaçao authority, by comparison, a licensee must accept a complaint for six months after the bet is settled.

Identity checks

Clause 5.2 allows the operator to require verification before a player bets or withdraws, with a picture identity document (passport, driving licence or national identity card) and a recent utility bill showing name and address. Clause 8.3 adds a selfie or a verification call, at any moment of the relationship.

We would advise sending the documents at registration rather than with the first withdrawal, because a check that starts while money is waiting adds days to the wait. The names on the documents, on the account and on the payment method have to match, which you can check before a first deposit.

For whom, and for whom not

LuckyDays suits a player who wants a large multi-provider slot catalogue, accepts that the account will be governed by a Costa Rican company and a licence from Anjouan, and reads the terms before depositing, in particular the three-day window for disputes and the arithmetic of a week of wagering. That is a narrow profile, and we prefer to say so plainly.

It does not suit a player who chose it for the Curaçao licence it used to carry; nor does it suit one who wants a regulator that takes up individual complaints, as the Kahnawake Gaming Commission does (our Happy Spins review describes its procedure). Nor, finally, a player who sits mostly at live tables while a bonus runs, since live games do not count towards the requirement.

Opening an account at LuckyDays

If, after reading this far, you decide to open an account, note the company and the licence named in the footer on the day you register, read the general and promotion terms before accepting an offer, and keep a copy of both. This page carries links for which the site is paid by the operator when a reader opens an account, which is one of the reasons why we print no offer amounts and give no ratings.

The register of the Curaçao Gaming Authority (updated on 14 October 2026) lists licence OGL/2024/1675/0903 of Raging Rhino N.V. as expired on 26 March 2026; the footer of the site now names a licence from Anjouan.

Who owns LuckyDays?

According to its terms of 13 August 2026, 3-102-961212 S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica, with payments handled by Orionis Services Ltd of London.

How long does a player have to dispute a bet at LuckyDays?

Clause 22.4 of the terms allows three days from the date the wager is decided, so a dispute is best raised in writing on the same day.

No: on the promotions page we read, only the Slots category counts, and the requirement applies to deposit and bonus together.
